Every summer since I started college I've held a part-time internship. As a marketing major, I've been dreaming of the internship of my dreams the summer after my junior year (AKA right now). Having an organized desk space is not an exact science. Each person has different needs in a desk space and uses different tools at their desk. The first thing you have to do when you want to create an orderly desk space is to sit down and work at your desk. While you're doing that figure out what it is you actually use at your desk. Do you prefer pens or pencils? Loose paper or notebooks? Have you gone completely paperless or do you use a combination of both technology and paper?
