I have tried pretty much everything you can buy at CVS for your skin.  Growing up even when I didn't have acne, I've always had blotchy, red, skin. It's something I used to be very self conscious about that I'm just now starting to get over. Plus I have a skin allergy to Tea Tree Oil that makes it hard to get higher end products.

Yoga is something I've always loved.  No matter how crappy my days been, or how much of a headache I've had, or how stressed out I am, yoga always brings me back to a place where I'm happy.  To me getting healthy and in shape isn't about having an ideal body, it's about feeling good; and honestly, I feel AMAZING after yoga!

I recently discovered that getting back to being comfortable in my own skin is going to take a little more than just thinking about it and paying for a gym membership.  I started making time for the gym and thinking [a little more] about what I'm putting into my body.  But one thing has always scared me, and that's CrossFit.

If I've learned one thing this past year in college it's that planning ahead is everything.  I am not taking any summer classes, but this summer I will be studying - a lot.  In high school getting A's came easy to me; I didn't have to do much work, and I always seemed to grasp concepts easily.  But college is a whole other ball game.
